How much time will the order last?
All our products are manufactured in an artisanal way, each piece is made by hand, taking care of every detail. The maximum production time is 2 to 5 business days plus package delivery time. Your order may ship before the estimated deadline. We will send you your tracking number once your order is delivered to the parcel, so you can track it.
Important: once delivered to the parcel, the responsibility for the order is the responsibility of the parcel.
Exchanges and returns.
We do not have changes or returns. Before purchasing, if you have questions about measurements, sizes, etc., you can contact us via Whatsapp or email.
General care of our products.
Enjoy each piece in your style, we always suggest avoiding contact with water, oily products such as creams. In the case of perfume, we recommend placing a hat or accessory before putting on it. Store in a dry place.
